The phone delivered next day and helpful people

Rob told me I was due for an upgrade as end of 2 year contract for iPhone SE. He suggested refurbiished iPhone11. He explained all details thoroughly including cost of monthly payments. I decided to go for this plan and he went through contract in full detail so that I understood full plan. It was very good value and I was pleased to receive new phone next day.

Bloke on phone was alright, says I’d have my old number back by 20th, still not got it 10 days later. Can’t even find how to get in contact with them

I was phoned and told my contract was due for renewal. I was sold a new contract. I wanted a sim only contract and was told I would need to switch provider as they didnt do sim only with my current supplier. I've since been charged a heavy exit fee from my original network/supplier as it turns out I still had a month and a half left on my contract. I was lied to and mis sold the new contract. I've had several email exchanges and been told I took out the contract and they can't help

Amazing service, very helpful & informative, speedy delivery too. I was hesitant at first changing phones over the phone as oppoeto online or in a store but I truly didn't need to have worried, the whole process was handled swiftly, easily & politely. I think the man's name was Corey

Very simple and straight forward.great knowledge on phones and detail on each deal. Easy to setup.would use them again fantastic. Very happy with what I got.

Wasn't aware I was due an upgrade but was messaged so I gave them a call. Spoke to Rob and he could not have done any better. His knowledge on products helped me pick my upgrade as well finding the right deal. I was aware I'd pay a few quid more as prices have risen plus it was a chance to switch back to my old network as my recent change was shocking. He even threw in some wireless earpods and gave me credit for my old bill due to switching a few weeks early. Generally overall I'm amazed that there are still nice people out there wanting to help rather than it being a grunty old job. Well done!
